ABOUT ME

Jay Wong
My journey with Meditation began in my early teenage years when my ice hockey coach, a member of the LA Bomb Squad, taught us a visualization technique. The technique had a huge impact on my game, igniting a lifelong curiosity to explore the power of the mind-body connection.Alongside a career as a startup founder and experience working in several large corporations in media, finance, health, technology, and hospitality, my personal exploration with yoga, meditation, and other health and wellness modalities has been a constant pillar in my life.I began teaching Meditation following my MBA program when I was asked to return to help other students learn tools to manage their stress. Later, I became a Certified Meditation Teacher of the 1 Giant Mind Being Technique, which delivers the essence of Vedic Meditation, one of my core practices, in a more modern and direct way.I bring a pragmatic, business mindset to my teaching. In addition to teaching meditation, I am a business design consultant, regenerative real estate developer, and father.
